A designer emails a free digital proof within one business day. Request changes as often as you like — your card is authorized at checkout but only charged once you approve.
Approved orders are engraved in Hopewell Junction, NY and usually ship within two business days by UPS with tracking. Orders of $150 or more ship free by UPS Ground. Because each piece is personalized it can't be returned for change of mind, but if we made an error or it arrives damaged we remake or refund it.
