Name Plates & Perpetual Plaques

Frequently asked questions

What is a perpetual plaque?

A perpetual plaque has a main header plate and a grid of small plates. You add a new name each month or year — employee of the month, annual award winners, past presidents — and we sell matching engraved plates as you fill it.

Can you engrave the individual plates later?

Yes. Order the plaque with the plates you need now, then reorder engraved plates any time — just tell us the plaque you bought and the names to add.

Do I see a proof before it's made?

Yes. A designer emails a free digital proof within one business day. Request as many changes as you like — nothing is charged until you approve it.

How fast does it ship?

Most pieces ship within two business days of proof approval by UPS, with tracking. Orders of $150 or more ship free by UPS Ground; faster UPS services are priced live at checkout.
